Summary Description:
The M&A Integration Program Management Lead will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the entire integration process of acquired companies, ensuring a seamless and value-driven transition into our existing operations. This role is essential for aligning M&A activities with the company's strategic objectives and optimizing the post-acquisition performance.
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Program Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive M&A Integration Program strategy, encompassing the integration roadmap for all acquisitions, to meet the company's strategic goals.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various teams, including finance, legal, HR, operations, IT, and other relevant departments, to ensure effective and synchronized integration.
  3. Due Diligence Oversight: Participate in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions, working with the due diligence team to assess value creation opportunities.
  4. Program Portfolio Management: Lead, manage, and prioritize the execution of multiple integration projects within the program, ensuring alignment with budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
  5. Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate and manage resources across different integration projects, ensuring that the required skills and expertise are available for successful execution.
  6. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage potential risks associated with integration activities, developing effective mitigation plans.
  7. Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements during all integration activities.
  8. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress and addressing concerns.
  9. Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and performance of the Integration Program.
  10. Post-Integration Evaluation: Conduct post-integration reviews to capture lessons learned, identify areas for improvement, and enhance future integration processes.

Skills and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in M&A Integration Program management, with a minimum of 8 years in a similar role.
  • Strong program and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and risk management.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in M&A Integration Program management.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma.
  • Experience in Healthcare mergers and acquisitions.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools for program management and analysis.
