Position Title: M365 Project Manager

As an M365 Project Manager, you will support our M365 clients across the United States, and drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities offering a full range of Information Technology (IT) and staffing solutions. This role will be a part of the M365 Project Delivery Team and assist in implementing enterprise initiatives for our Microsoft clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget;
- Track project budgets, monitor progress, and keep both client and project stakeholders informed all throughout the project;
- Assist the PMO and the UX/UI team in requesting project resources at the beginning of the project and when needed throughout the project;
- Assist pre-sales team to review RFPs and provide input to RFP responses;
- Update pre-sales RFP decks;
- Participate in RFP interviews with potential new clients;
- Develop all project kickoff materials (i.e., kickoff decks, RACIs, communication plans, etc.);
- Remove any project blockers or issues preventing the project team from completing activities;
- Provide weekly status reports and updates to the client;
- Facilitate and coordinate project team meetings as necessary;
- Maintain project plans, schedules, and related project documents;
- Ensure project scope is being followed and deliverables are being completed on time;
- Determine resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner;
- Track project costs to meet budget and submit appropriate documents as needed (i.e., Change Orders or Change Requests);
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables;
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project;
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement;
- Escalate project risks and delivery issues as necessary, and
- Track project team’s time in PWA.
Qualifications:
- Current PMP certification in good standing.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience managing large, complex projects;
- 3+ years of experience managing M365 projects from start to finish;
- 8+ years of experience managing projects in Waterfall and Agile, and
- Experience managing at least one project across multiple time zones.
