Our franchise is required to abide by the Five Guys Brand Standards. That means that all managers and management candidates are required to work a minimum of 150 hours in the kitchen as a crew member. You will have to complete the manager certification process. This can take anywhere from 30-60 days to complete based upon the applicants ability. You will be hired at the MIT rate of 17.50 and then after 30 days or manager certification your wage will be renegotiated. (Wages can be negotiated based upon experience.)
