Lvn/Lpn - Long Term Care

We are looking for a full-time LVN/LPN to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at our long-Term Care facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-Term Care and be proficient in providing patient care.

Responsibilities of the LVN/LPN will include:

• Administering medications and treatments
• Monitoring patient vital signs
• Providing patient care and comfort
• Documenting patient care in the medical record
• Working with other members of the healthcare team to provide quality care to patients

Qualifications for the LVN/LPN position include:

• Current LVN/LPN license in the state of California
• One year of experience in long-Term Care
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
