Our team is in need of a LVN Intake/Care Coordinator for our San Diego team. This is a full time role that offers a Remote/Hybrid schedule. Candidate must be local and familiar with San Diego County geography and able to work in the Scripps Ranch Office as needed.

LVN Intake/Care Coordinator Qualifications:

• Licensed LVN in CA

• Experience taking Intake Calls -Highly Desired

• Highly Accurate Data Entry

• Ability to comfortably and effectively coordinate care

• Exceptional Communication Skills
