Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in various settings such as patients' homes, nursing facility, board and care facilities.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Perform procedures such as changing catheter, wound dressing.
- Assist with emergency situations, including providing CPR or ventilating patients
- Provide specialized care for specific patient populations such seniors and patients at the terminal stage of illness.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and disease prevention
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in the state of [location]
- Proven experience working as a nurse in a hospice, clinical or hospital setting
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a healthcare team
- Proficient in using medical equipment and technology
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Spanish speaking preferred.
- Hospice experience preferred.

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 3 per week
