Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and support to individuals of all ages in various healthcare settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Perform venipuncture and collect laboratory specimens for testing
- Assist with procedures such as spinal taps and wound care
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare topics, including family planning and senior care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems like Athenahealth
- Adhere to professional standards, guidelines, and protocols in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
- Valid license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of [state]
