Job Description
- Achieve pre-set sales goals and objectives by delivering exceptional service and sales etiquette to all potential and current clients that come into the boutique.
- Be able to independently attend to all client’s needs, driving and closing sales.
- Demonstrate outstanding product knowledge to educate the client and create excitement about the product they show interest in.
- Educate and inspire clients on the history of Avi & Co. as well as all the brands we carry.
- Partner with other Sales Professionals from the team when appropriate to close the sale.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with the watch market as well as new arrivals and sold products through our inventory system.
- Develop network and clientele using all resources provided to enhance business. Ability to remain professional and confidential regarding all client data and systems.
- Provide excellent customer service for returning clientele needing repairs, and follow up in a timely manner.
- Follow and adhere to all policies and procedures established by the company, i.e. security policy, consignment, after-sales service, Human Resources policies, etc.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant luxury Retail Sales experience.
- Ideal candidates are great negotiators and do not mind working odd hours.
- Strong understanding of customer service, client prioritization, and optimization of all client engagement to meet sales goals.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and team members by gaining their trust and respect.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally via email, text, or phone.
- Excellent communication, verbal, interpersonal, and written skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team, and contribute to overall business demands.
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Must be reliable and trustworthy.
- Polished business professional dress and demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Bi-lingual is a plus.
Compensation:
- Salary (60,000 - $100,000) + Competitive Commission
