Licensed Realtor/Sales Associate

Duties:

- Provide Excellent Customer Experience and Fiduciary to Client Interests

- Provide, Maintain, and Grow Database with personal and business contacts.

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing properties
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and market trends
- Create and maintain listings of available properties for prospective buyers
- Show properties to potential buyers
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services
- Stay updated on fair housing regulations and ensure compliance in all transactions
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals and affiliates

Skills:

- Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong sales skills to effectively market and sell properties
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions
- Familiarity with real estate law to navigate legal aspects of transactions
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients

- Knowledge of the local real estate market to provide accurate information to clients
