Duties:
- Provide Excellent Customer Experience and Fiduciary to Client Interests
- Provide, Maintain, and Grow Database with personal and business contacts.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing properties
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and market trends
- Create and maintain listings of available properties for prospective buyers
- Show properties to potential buyers
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services
- Stay updated on fair housing regulations and ensure compliance in all transactions
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals and affiliates
Skills:
