Luxury Retail Stylist

We want to add stylists with an established clientele to join Marissa Collections as we expand our footprint to a second floor penthouse. Marissa Collections is looking for a detail oriented, multi tasker who can communicate professionally. The Stylist will provide an elevated, personalized relationship-based customer experience. Luxury fashion/jewelry experience preferred, but not required.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Drive sales through relationship-based selling techniques.
• Style customers from head-to-toe, including ready-to-wear, shoes, jewelry, handbags & other accessories.
• Develop and maintain a professional Instagram and other social media presences to promote your styling skills and the Marissa Collections’ brand.
• Attention to detail and follow through as needed.
• Engage with clients to learn their lifestyle, needs, and wants.
• Assist in execution of trunk shows and in-store events.
• Communicate client feedback to Buyers.
• Follow merchandise guidelines in maintaining the floor and stockroom areas.
• Assist and support the store's Luxury Retail selling stylist.
• Assist stylist in providing a seamless dressing room appointment and enhance the customer experience. This includes bringing product to the stylist, putting away "go backs", and setting and clearing fitting rooms.
• Willingness to learn the merchandise, brands and product knowledge to better assist during stylist appointments.
• Familiar with location of all store product in order to retrieve it and put it back in the proper place,
• Assist in preparing trunk show merchandise for floor set up and breakdown.
• Facilitate and deliver purchases to clients - must be a licensed driver.
• Serve client beverages and maintain kitchen inventory.
• Stock room organization.
• Assist with light housekeeping.
• Gift wrapping.

• Impeccable communication skills.
• Detail oriented a must.

*Compensation structure is an hourly base plus commission*

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
