Luxury Cosmetics Counter Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Cosmetics Counter Manager to join our team. As a Cosmetics Counter Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a Luxury Cosmetics line and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Cosmetics Counter, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Train and supervise a team of beauty advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product launches to provide expert knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an attractive and organized shopping environment
- Utilize clienteling platforms to build a Luxury cosmetics client base

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty cosmetics industry
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic products, makeup application techniques, and beauty trends
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and stock levels effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
