Responsibilities: - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner - Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries - Assist with setting up banquet events and catering functions - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas - Follow food safety and handling procedures to ensure the health and safety of customers Skills: - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive dining experience - Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
