Lumber Yard Forklift Operator

Attention job seekers! We have an exciting job opportunity for forklift drivers in our Lumber Yard. We are in need of truss Forklift Operators for the 1st/ 2nd/ 3rd shift. Your responsibilities will include moving materials in process from one station to another, banding, wrapping, packing and labeling finished goods, moving finished goods from production area to finished goods inventory yard, and following forklift rules and policies as described by the company policy.

We require someone who can work safely, recognize the size/grade/quality of material, follow specific instructions and directions, stack material properly, identify safety issues in their work area, notice equipment malfunctions, and frequently get on and off a forklift, withstand operations in rough surfaces, work in a wide range of weather conditions and operate a forklift for extended periods of time.

We offer a full-time job with a salary of $18.00 to $25.00 per hour and benefits such as dental, health and vision insurance. The work schedule is an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday, night shift. We encourage people with a criminal record to apply for this job.
