Lube Technician

Local family owned business looking for 1 HIGHLY motivated experienced lube tech to join our team. Not looking to train, need someone familiar with automotive industry.

ABSOLUTE TOP PAY locally for this position as we only hire the best - FIXED SALARY OF $49,400 yearly. No other oil change position in Paducah comes near that. Not a commission based job, no sales quotas, guaranteed pay.

** OFF SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS ** Monday - Friday only.

This position is the TOP - you won't get dirty, very minimal physical work involved.

Duties consist of -

- Greet customer

- Pull in vehicle

- Have the ability to ENSURE OIL CHANGE LIGHT IS RESET, mileage is written down, hood is popped and old oil change reminder sticker is removed

- Learn our computer system and how to enter into computer

- Perform under hood service. ONLY upsells are ANTIFREEZE, ENGINE AIR FILTER, CABIN AIR FILTER AND WIPER BLADES. MUST BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND SELL THE UPSELL ITEMS.

- Ensure job is done properly and our safety double check procedures we have in place are followed.

- Stocking and general cleaning when we don't have any cars for service.

We are a high volume oil change store that ONLY does oil changes, engine and cabin air filter replacement and wiper blade replacement. Nothing else, no other services.

Looking for exactly the right person, highly motivated, clean cut, capable of showing up to work ONE TIME & EARLY, capable of working. Need someone who can work more than 2 weeks in a row without calling in sick.

- Familiarity with tire service and alignment procedures is a plus
