Sunbelt Staffing, a leading nationwide healthcare staffing agency, is partnering with a reputable long-term care facility in Alamogordo, NM. We are actively seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on a contract basis.
Job Details:
- Location: Alamogordo, NM
- Job Type: Full-Time, Contract
- Shifts: Day and Night Shifts, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
- Compensation: Weekly Pay, Medical, Dental, Vision benefits, 401k eligibility after 90 days
Job Responsibilities:
- Patient-Centered Care: Delivering compassionate and individualized patient care that aligns with established protocols and procedures, ensuring the well-being and comfort of each individual.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Engaging with diverse healthcare professionals to contribute to the development and execution of personalized care plans, fostering a holistic approach to patient well-being.
- Medication Administration: Administering prescribed medications and treatments with precision and adherence to healthcare providers' instructions, prioritizing patient safety and optimal therapeutic outcomes.
- Condition Monitoring: Diligently observe and assess patients' conditions, maintaining accurate and timely updates in medical records. Facilitate seamless communication within the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and responsive patient care.
Requirements:
- Active New Mexico RN license or compact state license.
- Active American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, with at least 1 year in a similar long-term care setting.
