**Registry Personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times. **Clinicians submitted to PA Nurse orders must hold a PA license. Out of state multi-state licenses will not be accepted at this time.**
Note:
Rotating bi-weekly schedule including every other weekend.
$1,500 QS Bonus if able to start in 72 hours from the time of offer.
$2,500 completion bonus No more than 2 call outs, and absolutely no NCNS or the bonus will be voided.
