We value the unique skills and perspectives that LPNs/LVNs bring to our team, and we are committed to providing an environment where you can grow professionally and significantly impact patient lives.Key DutiesDirect Patient Care: Offer direct care tailored to the specific needs of individual patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.Monitoring & Assessment: Continually observe patients, recording any significant conditions and reactions to treatments, drugs, or other medical interventions.Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications to patients, ensuring proper dosages and observing for potential side effects.Collaboration: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team, ensuring cohesive and comprehensive care for patients. This includes regular communication with RNs, physicians, and other medical professionals.Patient Education: Inform patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and preventive care. Address any concerns or questions they may have.Documentation: Maintain thorough, accurate, and current patient records, ensuring that all relevant medical information is accessible and organized for the care team.QualificationsApplicants should possess a valid LPN/LVN license, demonstrate a passion for patient-centered care, and be ready to work in a dynamic, supportive environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $31.43 - $33.85 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
