Travel Hire is seeking a highly skilled and motivated LPN to join our team for a 3-month contract in Franklin, NC. As an LPN/Local-Travel Contract, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings while traveling to different locations within the Franklin area.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient progress

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans

- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures

- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to the appropriate healthcare team members

- Adhere to all healthcare policies and procedures

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications:

- Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN

- BLS/CPR certification

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Willingness to travel to different locations within the Franklin area

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed

- Ability to adapt to different healthcare settings and patient populations
