AristaCare at Delaire is now offering a Nurse Weekend Baylor Program!
Work two (2) 16-hour shifts (32 hours) every weekend and get paid “Time and a Half” (x1.5) plus $2,500 Sign-On Bonus and Fulltime benefits!!!
Policy
AristaCare at Delaire has a restricted Baylor program to retain optimal staffing levels that includes an employee working every weekend as their routine schedule.
Procedure:
- This program allows for designated employees to have higher rate that the standard hired rate.
- A Baylor employee is entitled to accrue vacation and sick time based on hours worked.
- The Baylor program includes 8 hours of personal time
- A Baylor employee is recognized as a full time employee and eligible for health insurance benefits and company paid life insurance.
- A Baylor employee could forfeit this special recognition (including special rate) if they call out more than two weekends in twelve month rolling period.
- A Baylor employee could forfeit this special recognition (including special rate) if they have a pattern of tardiness.
- A Baylor employee is scheduled to work every other holiday.
- All other policies affecting attendance will remain in effect including the call out being recorded in their attendance tracker.
