SalaryOur private practice is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing direct care to patients, which includes monitoring vitals and administering medications as directed by the physician. The LPN also works closely with the doctors, performing tasks such as administering vaccines and drawing blood samples. The LPN must be comfortable with the fast-paced environment of an outpatient clinic and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Apply patient's vitals and other monitoring devices.
- Prepare and administer medications according to doctors' orders.
- Communicate with patients and their families.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of medical terminology.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of medical instruments and equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
