Cape Cod’s premier senior living community has an immediate opening for a skilled and energetic Licensed Practical Nurseto join our team.

Available shifts: Saturday and Sunday 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., with an opportunity for more.

We are seeking a Licensed Registered Nurse (LPN) candidate who thrives on interacting with people and working for a family-owned company with roots on Cape Cod, dating back more than 60 years.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job duties include:

• Assists Health Director in evaluating resident’s needs, condition, and care.
• Works with Health Director to develop and update service plans for individual residents.
• Assigns and instructs non-licensed staff on daily duties.
• Assists Health Director with compliance of EOEA regulations.
• Responsible for processing physician’s care and medication orders.
• Maintains unit records and updates charts in accordance with Thirwood Place policies.

Licensed Registered (LPN) Job requirements:

Current nursing license valid in Massachusetts

Current CPR certification

Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
