LPN Third Shift

Highland Park Senior Living personal care home located in Wilkes-Barre Township. We are currently looking for a highly personable and organized candidate to join our team. We need an energetic, reliable individual to assist our residents with activities of daily living. The position includes the following:

*Supervision of PCA/ Med Techs

*Overseeing the needs and well-being of the residents

*Medication Administration

*Chart Auditing

*Cart Auditing

*Knowledge of DHS regulations

*Communicating with resident’s family members

* Facilitating Shift Report

* Able to problem solve

* Manage and triage crises

* Follow and adhere to chain of command
