Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information, treatments, and observations accurately and timely
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, conditions, and self-care techniques
- Ensure compliance with medical and safety standards and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Experience in pediatrics, ER, acute care, or dementia care is preferred
- Proficient in medication administration and venipuncture
- Knowledge of phlebotomy techniques and specimen collection processing
- Familiarity with basic life support (BLS) procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
