Salary```Duties``` - Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs - Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans - Assess and document patient symptoms, progress, and response to interventions - Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures - Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records - Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe and clean environment for patients ```Experience``` - Minimum of 1 year experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Experience in pain management, dementia care, hospice care, and health coaching is preferred - Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems such as Cerner - Knowledge of ICD-9 coding for accurate documentation and billing purposes - Ability to perform IV insertions and administer medications via various routes (oral, intramuscular, subcutaneous) - Familiarity with inhalation therapy techniques We offer competitive pay rates and comprehensive benefits packages for our LPNs.
