Job Description
LPC with experience dealing with behavioral issues, chronic pain issues, addiction issues, and interfacing with patients. Responsibilities include conducting individual therapy sessions, group therapy sessions, diagnostic assessments, charting, and treatment planning.
Requirements:
- LPC license.
- Ph.D. preferred but not required.
- Ability to build and maintain working relationships.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assessments, Counseling, Intervention, Crisis.
- Assess patient needs, desires, and limitations to develop treatment plans and set goals.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on data.
- Document and maintain records on patient progress for reference.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their situation has improved.
