The perfect candidate will share our passion for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care. They will:
- Have a Masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Be an LPC, LCSW or LMFA with @ least 2 years of experience & wanting, or in the process of, pursuing licensure

- EMDR/Trauma

- Veterans and First Responders
- Bilingual is a plus
- Play therapist
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis (please know how to utilize the DSM-5, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy)
- Maintain a minimum of caseload of at least 28 patient visits per week
- Comfort & familiarity in working with a diverse client base
- Actively participate in marketing and referral development activities where needed
- Provide excellent customer service to patients & utilize creativity in interventions to help them achieve their goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems
- Other duties as assigned

- This position will be under the general direction of the Clinical Director
