Primary Therapist (Lpc, Lmft, Lcsw, Lmsw)

Locally owned and operated, Sante Center for Healing's goal is to provide individuals and families long-term recovery. From a beautiful wooded hilltop in Argyle (outside of Denton), Sante's expert clinical and medical staff specialize in substance use disorders, mental health, dual diagnosis and poly-addiction, problematic sexual behavior, co-occurring disordered eating, compulsive behavior...and ultimately the trauma so often underneath it all. And we've been making "miracles happen on the hill" for 25 years.

Because research supports a longer length of stay and a continuum of care are more likely to support long-term recovery, Sante's levels of care include, but are not limited to: medical detox, residential treatment, intensive outpatient (day and evening), transitional living, maintaining proper boundaries course, family programming, outpatient clinic, and relapse prevention through lifelong alumni services.

Sante has two (2) Therapist positions open

1. Residential Therapist
2. Outpatient Therapist

This individual is responsible for individual and group therapy with participants in the program as well as case management.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducts initial interview and psychosocial assessment within 72 hours of admission.
2. Manages the case of the patient to include clarification of the program content, program assignments, expectations of the patient in the program, goal setting for creating treatment plan.
3. Develops the treatment plan in conjunction with the patient and other members of the Treatment Team. Completes update of treatment plan and notes progress of patient on as per protocol.
4. Facilitates group sessions and conducts individual sessions with patient; compiles case notes according to guidelines set by supervisor.
5. Participates in staffing and utilization review as scheduled by supervisor. Makes recommendations to treatment team about phase & level of patient.
6. Assigns patients appropriate therapeutic tasks to accomplish treatment goals. Provides feedback to patient as needed.
7. Communicates regularly with appropriate family members.
8. Completes discharge summary according to guidelines set by policy and procedures of Sante Center for Healing.
9. Coordinates with the Referral and Aftercare Communications Coordinator to assure timely reports to referents.
