Hiring:

Full time Lot Porter

Duties:

Assist the service department with hooking up boats for customers, delivering boats on the water, receiving new boats, keeping the sales and service lots organized, light mechanical work on trailers and equipment, shrink wrapping boats, etc.

Compensation:

Pay based upon experience, medical/dental/vision available, paid time off, 401k, lots of opportunity to learn new skills and promote into other departments.

Schedule:

8:00am - 5:30pm Tuesday - Saturday with lots of opportunity for overtime.

Qualifications:

Experience driving a tractor - a backing test is required during interview

Competently back a trailer / boat

Ability to juggle competing priorities and adjust on the fly

Ability to see the bigger picture and self motivate required

Good attitude even on busy / stressful days required

Bonus Qualifications:

21+ to earn forklift certification

Mechanical aptitude

Experience driving boats
