Job Description
Lake Charles Auto Auction is looking for a responsible Lot Managerto help maintain and protect our client’s vehicles and property. The ideal candidate will be a responsible, well-organized individual who has the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time including managing numerous employees to ensure all tasks are being completely correctly and timely. This position is full time, Monday through Friday. Must be able to work in Lake Charles, LA.
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and property.
- Keep property safe by following all rules and regulations.
- Be able to maintain a positive work environment that exudes a team work attitude.
- Assist clients as needed.
- Work hand in hand with the general manager to ensure lot employees are adhering to policies and procedures.
- Manage lot employees ensuring all persons are working effectively and safely.
- Report any concerns or issues immediately to general manager.
- Maintain positive and professional communication with staff and clients.
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Ensure lot employees are mainting a clean and organized lot.
- Maintain an organized work environment by following procedures, policies, and procedures manual.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or general manager.
Managerial experience required! Car business or auction business is a plus!

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
