Duties and Responsibilities:
Basic Facilities Maintenance, Painting, etc…
Cleans, mops, washes, buffs and vacuums floors
Cleans body shop
Empties trash
Remove scrap metal debris and discarded parts
Discard tires
Maintains outside walk areas including sweeping debris and washing walkways
Removes recycling materials
Performs related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to understand and use written, electronic, and verbal communications — professional personal appearance.
Excellent communication, organization, and customer relationship skills.
Working Conditions:
This position is performed indoors and outdoors. May be required to work weekends, evenings, and holidays at the direction of the facilities maintenance manager.
