Reporting to the lot supervisor or designated manager, provide and record accurate information of vehicles being checked into auction for sale. This person must be able to work outdoors under any type of weather conditions. Working with auction App, scan inventory and record the movement of vehicles. Assist in assuring the inventory is in the proper designated areas of the lot at all times.
Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to the following:
1. Be familiar with procedures for handling all aspects of customer questions, complaints or disputes. Advise the lot supervisor or a manger of all serious complaints or incidences.
2. Using phone or tablet, input vehicle information including the VIN number, miles, dealer number, vehicle options, and any other pertinent information.
3. Generate stock in sticker or auction sale sticker and apply to window
4. Make sure the area conditions do not threaten employee or customer safety.
5. Working with lot staff, locate, number and park cars for the sale. Move all sold units to the designated area.
6. Take pictures of all dealer vehicles or donations documenting vehicle condition
7. Track missing units and assist transporters in locating vehicles as needed
8. May be responsible to locate redemption units upon request
9. Assist with fueling, jump starting, or using lock out tools for staff and customers
10. Provide excellent customer service. Make sure customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous attention.
11. Maintain a professional appearance, orderly work environment and friendly disposition.
12. Maintain and assure good operating condition of all equipment. Advise manager of all breakdowns and maintenance needs.
13. Maintain work area and conditions to ensure a safe environment for all employees and customers. Report to and follow proper company policy involving accidents, customer or employee injuries, and loss or damage to property. Report all incidents to the manager.
14. Comply with all job-related safety and health procedures
15. Perform other duties as assigned by manager
16. Practice and promote teamwork at all times by setting a good example of attitude and performance.
17. Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner and advise Management of all serious complaints or incidences.
18. Advise the manager or supervisor immediately of all serious complaints or incidents
Job Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma or GED required
2. Basic computer skills required
3. Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
4. Must maintain valid driver’s license and report any infractions which could affect validity of license.
5. Must be able to read English and comprehend motor vehicle traffic signs.
6. Must not be under the influence of any condition or substance that could distract or impair the ability to safely and efficiently operate a motor vehicle.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
