Pay Details: $28.00 to $34.50 per hour

Responsibilities for the Loss Prevention Project Analyst include but are not limited to:
- A group of Analysts will be posing as scam artists by making phishing test calls to Stores to determine if Store Leadership agree to provide Store funds over the phone
- Analysts will be given scripts to follow different scam scenarios
- Analysts will be sending brief communication on failed calls
- Support Sr. Analysts/Managers with developing best practices and processes to support emerging risks and threats
- Think critically, respond with urgency, and persuasively while developing content, and communication.
- Proactively seeks feedback to improve communications by collaborating with peers and leadership
- Works cross-functionally with various business partner teams; acts as a liaison between field and corporate departments
- Perform special projects and research as directed
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for a Loss Prevention Project Analyst:
- BA degree required, preferably in Communications or Business
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in and knowledge of computer software including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Smartsheet (preferred)
- Possess strong oral communication and presentation skills
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively present information to all levels within the team and organization
- Enthusiastic, positive, creative, self-motivated, open to feedback
- Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability to solve problems
- Dedication, commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond
- Must demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented
- Maintains confidentiality concerning all information and projects
