Join our team at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, managed by East West Hospitality, Named Best Property Management by Best of Vail Valley.
We are seeking a guest service oriented Loss Prevention Officerto join our team! The Loss Prevention Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa and Westin Mountain Villas, colleagues, guests and owners as well as property assets.

Responsibilities Include:*

• Hotel Security
• Garage parking audits.
• Maintain the loading dock drop-off and pick-up area for appearance, organization, and operational effectiveness.
• Assist guest will all duties associated with parking audits, lost and found, and packages.
• Work well with other departments to exceed guest expectations and perform tasks in a thorough and efficient manner.
• Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Assist other departments as appropriate to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Ensure awareness and compliance to all company safety and security policies and procedures. Ensure employee and guest safety by proper training and maintenance of equipment and work area.

Pay Rate: $24 / hour

Minimum Requirements

• Previous guest service experience
• Loss prevention experience preferred
• Ability to lift/ maneuver objects up to 150lb
• Organizational skills
