This position will support the Loss Prevention Department as it relates to profit protection in all applicable business ventures within USH.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations both externally and internally on the behalf of USH to resolution.

• Follow investigative process and maintain case files per department policy.

• Review exceptions reports for potential loss as it relates to cash and inventory.

• Develop and maintain partnerships with Corporate Security as it pertains to job responsibilities.

• Conduct CCTV surveillance and review as needed.

• Develop and maintain a working relationship with Law Enforcement

• Coach and train Operations personnel on Loss Prevention related programs

• Assist with the execution of loss reduction plans by partnering with all necessary departments within USH to achieve LP Department goals.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of a 24/7 365 day operation

• Some travel may be required

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality

• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and walking/traveling to multiple venues throughout the day

Desired Characteristics

• Minimum 2 years Loss Prevention experience in a retail/food setting, multi-unit preferred.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent investigative and interpersonal skills required

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple investigations at the same time.

• WZ or Reid certification preferred, CFI a plus.
