Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the POS system and process payments through the cash register
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Clear and clean tables, as well as reset them for the next guest
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
Skills:
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling money
- Strong guest service skills to provide a positive dining experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a collaborative environment
Note: Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
