Job Description
As an Early Childhood Educator, you would be able to promote the social, physical and intellectual growth of children by providing quality child care.
This is a position that allows you to actually participate in the planned activities with the children so you get to be an active participant in their care and education!

Responsibilities:
- Providing basic care giving to children.
- Interacting and communicating with children, parents and other employees.
- Planning and implementing age appropriate lesson plans/curriculum while assessing and responding to the individual needs of the children.
- Teaching curriculum that is construct and creative with the goal of kindergarten readiness.
- Providing a clean and well organized classroom.
- Conduct all required parent/teacher conference and home visits.
- Attend all required staff meeting, functions and development opportunities.
- Maintaining a commitment and dedication to providing a safe learning environment for all children.
- Establishing and maintaining effective, professional working relationships with parents and staff.
- Demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and quality of work.
- Maintaining flexibility in work assignments.
Qualifications
- 1 year experience in an early childhood classroom
- AA degree or willing to pursue (preferred)
