Job Description:
You must be a friendly, results-driven Long-Term Care Marketing Liaison to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting yourself as the face of a preeminent company in the industry. You will also be assisting individuals and families in understanding how the company will navigate Florida’s long-term care Medicaid program on behalf of the applicant, regardless of applicant assets or income.
Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with referral sources and the resulting clients. By understanding the clients’ unique needs, you can play a crucial role in providing tailored solutions to ensure the family’s’ financial security in the face of long-term care expenses.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, attending events, etc.
- Educate clients on the possibilities in Medicaid crisis planning, explaining Medicaid benefits and options based on their individual needs (home health, assisted living, nursing home).
- Build and nurture strong relationships with community partners, providing ongoing support, responses to inquiries and client education.
- Stay up to date on Medicaid regulations and changes (company provides this information to you) in order to provide accurate information to clients and the community.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective marketing/ sales strategies and relationship building.
- Collaborate with other members of the sales/marketing team to develop promotional materials and participate in local or corporate marketing events to enhance brand visibility and community knowledge of long-term care Medicaid.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer services skills
- Proficient in technology, including Apple and Microsoft products (can be trained)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (mileage paid)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with multi-tasking referrals, phone calls, emails, and marketing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients and the community.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a collaborative team
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
