Summary of the role

The TeleSales Representative plays a pivotal role in identifying and engaging potential customers through targeted digital marketing campaigns. This role leverages knowledge of logistics and communication skills to connect with prospects, nurture relationships, and drive sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Positive and energetic self-starter, with excellent drive, ambition and work ethic;
• Previous experience in Cold Calling, Telemarketer, customer relations and related positions is a plus, not required;
• A Demonstrated experience with start to end sales process, developing and expanding a portfolio of clients by networking and marketing is a plus, not required;
• Background experience in logistics industry is a plus;
• Must have entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify and create new opportunities for growth and development;

Requirements:

• Tech Savvy
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel
• Willing to work in Chicago, IL
• Excellent Communication skills and Phone Etiquette
