Job description

As a Trex Logistics Technician I/II, you’ll be ensuring the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipments.

As a member of our Logistics team, you’ll be helping us by unloading shipments and moving products to storage locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Put Safety First - Always
  • Unload inbound shipments safely and move products to storage locations.
  • Efficiently stack and store merchandise.
  • Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances.
  • Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
  • Perform picking duties efficiently and meet customer service standards.
  • Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials using a forklift, clamp truck, or other power equipment.
  • Operate all equipment safely and efficiently following prescribed work methods.
  • Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Comply with OSHA and MSDS Standards.
  • Participate in monthly inventory counts.
  • Assemble railing kits.
  • Participate in logistics-related project teams.

EXPERIENCE

We need you to be detail-oriented, skilled at multi-tasking, and able to lift 50 pounds. If you’ve worked as an inventory specialist, shipping and receiving coordinator or operated a forklift you’re Trex material for sure.

Have experience in a warehouse environment? You’ll fit in just fine.
