Responsibilities of the Role
Shipment Management: Utilize OLIVER bulk planning functionality.
Review demand/flow recommendations and execute shipment tendering and carrier selections
Execute third party logistics optimization center cross-dock pool points (LOC/CFS facilities
Oversight of OLIVER systems use by LOC; ensuring proper optimized use of the planning and local shipment execution freight cost goals.
Input, maintain and validate all OLIVER master data tables including partner master setup, rates, equipment, warehouse appointment scheduling constraints, locations, etc.
Validate and update shipment ETAs to final destinations
Receive all supply chain partner invoicing for supply chain fees.
Manage all partner inquiries on account statement and status.
Manage logistics system user help desk to address service now incidents in a timely manner
Parcel Account Administration
Field client escalations of shipment issues after delivery. Manage disposition instructions and execution of claims filing and collections with supply chain partners.
Manage claims processing for both International and Domestic Operations. Provide claims resolutions and communicate results to carriers and clients.
Execute all user enablement and user training.
Manage systems support resolution of trouble tickets opened by system users via Call Center.
Requirements
Create and maintain user training manuals
Execute the audit, allocation of fees to LOBs and payment processing via OLIVER system, third party payment system or direct processing into SAP.
Manage and direct external supply chain partners (suppliers, carriers, third party consolidators, draymen, etc.) Manage claims processing for both International and Domestic Operations.
Provide claims resolutions and communicate results to carriers and clients.
Resolve shipment issues resolution with internal Clients and outside vendors.
Ensure freight delays are recognized and resolved.
1 years’ experience in logistics/finance operations related position.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, Tableau, TMS.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Finance; or equivalent work experience.
