Basic Functions:
Assist customer with missing parts and getting parts to the line to prevent vehicles from going offline.
Responsibilities:
- Must follow and support all safety policies and procedures.
- Must follow and support company policies and procedures as per company handbook.
- Prevent vehicles going offline with any related missing parts.
- Communicate missing parts with appropriate customer area and receive ETA of missing parts.
- Log all vehicles that have related missing parts.
- Log missing parts that KSP cells handle and assist in getting the parts placed in vehicles.
- Record any missing parts and resolve issues.
- Watch issue boards for missing parts.
- Assure all documentation is error free and completed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with customers and other cross-functional teams with a positive attitude.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be efficient in working with Excel, SAP, Warehouse Management Systems.
- At least two-years' experience in logistics field in an automotive environment, desired.
- Good verbal and written communications, customer service.
- Must have ability to keep good records and documentation.
- Must be dependable and self-motivated.
- Must maintain good attendance record and job performance.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
