Job Description
- Effectively communicate with customers to build and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickup and delivery is on time.
- Provide and negotiate competitive pricing and rates.
- Input, update, and manage shipment information.
- Collaborate with Customer, Carriers & Team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly.
- Assist with your customers billing and accounting responsibilities as needed.
