Position: Logistics Manager
Salary: $65-70k DOE

Role Overview:

Woof is building the next great American pet brand.

Just as great companies like Warby Parker and Allbirds have reinvented their categories, Woof is bringing new life to the pet industry through elegant, intuitive design and relationship-driven model for ecommerce.

We are scaling rapidly and as such we are seeking a Logistics Managerto coordinate booking our shipments worldwide, and manage shipments to vendor partners from inbound PO to final invoice. This is a many-hats kind of role, so a solid work ethic and the ability to learn on the fly are a must!

Responsibilities:
● Input all trade orders into Fishbowl and CRM Tracking Softwares
● Communicate with warehouse department to ensure accurate, on time departure and arrival of shipments
● Process ASNs for Trade partners and provide associated shipment documentation via EDI
● Coordinate shipments of goods with overseas brokers
● Coordinate shipments with manufacturers, suppliers, and Woof customers
● Book dock appointments with trade partners
● Track inventory depletions and assist internal team with replenishment recommendations
● Work closely with Operations team to communicate pertinent deadlines
● Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost
● Assist with inventory accuracy at our warehouse and across DCs

Preferred Experience:
● 3-5 years of experience in shipping and logistics: domestic and international
● Experience with EDI and associated vendor transmissions
● Working knowledge of ERP software, preferably Fishbowl
● Familiarity with trade partner systems (ie-Amazon, large Pet distributors)
● Strong Excel skills
● Experience in CPG
