Responsibilities:
Conduct and manage collection requirements to ensure timely processing.
Assist in managing and fulfilling specific customer follow-up tasks.
Maintain continuous communication with the management team.
Utilize web cameras to document device damage in line with client criteria.
Research and identify items that satisfy individual collection requirements.
Handle and report issues with devices returned in damaged shipping boxes.
Identify and escalate potential risks to the appropriate levels of managemen
Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated strong work ethic and high level of integrity, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Basic math, reading, and writing proficiency.
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of various administrative disciplines with the ability to apply critical thinking to interpret documents and follow procedures.
Ability to frequently lift 10 to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
