```Duties```
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Verify cargo accuracy based on the warehouse receiving report and customer requirements
- Data entry into an online tracking system for customer tracking
- Utilize transportation management systems to optimize logistics and transportation processes
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline supply chain operations
```Requirements```
- Experience in Logistics
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including materials handling, inventory control, and data analysis
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and supply chain management principles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of trucking, ocean freight and airfreight operations is a plus
- Fluent Spanish speaking and writing is a plus
