OPEN POSITION
Wapiti is currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Milbank or Huron South Dakota office locations. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday. Some after-hours communications may be necessary. Wapiti offers some strategic flexibility with shift times and a hybrid work-from-home option.
LOGISTICS COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with providers to find the most efficient means of travel based on their work schedules
- Recognize and eliminate costs
- Create efficient processes through technology and platforms and by building relationships with the providers and businesses that support logistics
- Book flights, housing/hotels, and rental vehicles maximizing fleet cars and housing options
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma
- Office experience, customer service, and computer skills preferred
- Researching, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Detail organization and thoroughness
- Collaboration and communication detail skills
- Decision-making and time-management skills
