The Logistics Associate assists with receiving, storage, kitting and assembly, distribution, logistics and inventory management. Responsible for ensuring product fulfillment is accomplished in support of SLAs. Ensuring all supply goals are met while providing customer service and professionalism to our clients.

Responsibilities:*
- Maintain inventory accuracy.
- Invoice accessories in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ship orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain proper documentation for all internal processes.
- Display a high level of professionalism and customer service. Communicate effectively with other departments, shipping carriers, and vendors.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with all team members, making a positive effort to provide assistance to other associates.
- Prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Show initiative to improve processes by putting forth creative ideas.
- Demonstrate reliable attendance to avoid a work imbalance with other team members.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and within required SLA's.
- Utilize resources appropriately and consistently to manage transactions.
- Manage assigned ticket queues and mailboxes effectively and efficiently.
- Exhibit comprehensive understanding of each assigned account.
- Follow Logistics procedures.
- Kits devices accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations.

Skills & Qualifications:*
- Effective professional communication skills with a customer focus.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to stand in one location and stay task focused for long periods of time.
- Work well independently or in a team environment.
- Prioritize and multi-task large workloads while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 30 lbs.
- Prior experience with logistics or mobile is a plus, but not required.
