Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipment updates, and any potential delays.
- Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, shipping, and tracking of orders.
- Collaborate with warehouse personnel to ensure proper inventory levels and accurate Order Fulfillment.
- Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure timely procurement of electrical supplies and other products as required.
- Expedite orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the fulfillment process.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving any concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer fulfillment processes and identify areas for operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices related to logistics, purchasing, and expediting.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a large distribution warehouse, with a focus on electrical supplies preferred.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of logistics, purchasing, and expediting processes.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues related to Order Fulfillment and logistics.
- Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Knowledge of electrical supplies and related industry standards is highly desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or education is a plus.
