Logistics and Allocation Coordinator

Responsibilities Include

Work with Logistics and warehouse team daily to coordinate flow of open customer Purchase Orders to make sure they are being shipped correctly and on time.

Coordinate outbound shipments

Coordinate incoming containers

Inventory Control 

Allocation 

Purchase Order Routing and Scheduling 

Supply management

Skills Needed

Must have 3 to 5 years experience working in bulk warehouse partial on floor and partial in admin office

Able to work within ERP system quickly and accurately

Strong Attention to Detail and accuracy

Able to negotiate rates with resources

Able to successfully work in fast pace environment

Able to guide warehouse workers with specific instructions

Bi-Lingual in Spanish is beneficial but not necessary
