Logistics Analyst, focusing on Parcel, for a fast-growing Supply Chain Consulting and Technology company located in South Florida.

A technically sound and process-driven individual with experience in the parcel industry. We’re looking for someone who can support our clients by discovering savings opportunities and driving efficiencies. A person with a passion for data management, who thrives on accuracy and identifying root causes. Someone who can handle the responsibility of putting hard numbers out there for others to act on, and who enjoys the rush of seeing those actionable insights pay off.
Responsibilities:
- Excel and/or Access analysis including:
- Claims filing, preparation, invoicing, and analysis
- Creation of proof of concepts to support sales
- Backend quality checks on operations processes
- Creation of quarterly business reviews to support operations and sales through organic growth
- Analytical projects relating to Employer’s proprietary software platform
- Participate in implementation of new business which may include but not be limited to:
- Agreement Uploads
- Preparation of bid proposals
- Rate comparison and analysis against baseline rate agreements
- Accurate data analysis for Company clients in relation to less-than-truckload, international, small parcel, freight forwarding, warehousing, and/or truckload shipments to Company clients and/or other clients procured by Company resellers.
- Project management as needed and required
- Q&A projects relating to Employer’s proprietary software platform

Required Experience/Skills:
- 2-3 Years’ experience sourcing and/or auditing parcel shipments
- Four Year Degree
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent
- Email Management
- Calendar Management
- Computer Proficiency
- Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook and Excel)
Other Information:
- Full Time Position (Monday to Friday 9 AM – 6 PM EST)
